Our intelligent software will determine the closest Delivery agent meeting the specific delivery criteriaand will respond to the request.

Depending on the availibility of the delivery agent and how quickly the vendor has prepared your order, our agents will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an Order is very simple. Simple select what you want to buy and you will be presented with all the vendors that supply the product/services. Jump into your preferred store and add your items to the shopping cart. Want to buy something else from another vendor? Simply select the vendor from our menu and jump into the store. Once again just add products to your shopping cart. On checkout our system will calculate the delivery charges and you will be presented with ONE BILL. Simply pay via secure credit card and you are done!!

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You’ve seen it in stores; customers reach the check-out online and then decide they don’t really need what they thought they did. In this case, it’s as simple as putting the item back on the shelf, but it’s a little more complicated in the world of online ordering. If a customer wants to cancel their order, we’ll ask them to get in touch with your store. The cancellation can be issued at your discretion; you can work out the modalities and issue the customer a refund. We offer platfrom as a service to both vendors and customers and DO NOT involve ourselves with the actuals goods or services provided by the vendors.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. Once you register you can keep track of your orders and maintain a history of past orders.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once you log into your account, you will see all you orders. Simply click on the one you wish to track and you will be able to see its status. Our system will also send you SMS's as soon as the delivery agent pickups your order and is enroute for delivery

How Can I Return a Product?

If a customer wants to return an item or order, we also leave that to the discretion of the store. If customers contact us asking to return goods, we’ll direct them straight to you. We offer platfrom as a service to both vendors and customers and DO NOT involve ourselves with the actuals goods or services provided by the vendors.
